
Mr. Greg Ridder, Chair
Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair since 2021. Extensive experience in business strategy and leadership in Australia and internationally. A commercial leader with a strong ethical focus.
Greg is the Chair of Kogan.com and is also on the Boards of PNG Sustainable Development Program and Bridge It. Greg previously occupied the position of President Asia-Pacific Region at NYSE listed Owens-Illinois Inc and more recently held a number of interim leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer at Tibaldi Australia Pty Ltd., Chief Executive Officer at The Royal Australian Institute of Architects Ltd., Chief Financial Officer of World Vision Australia.
Greg has previously served on the Boards of Spirit Technology Solutions, Oxfam Australia, Ethical Property Australia, B Lab Australia & NZ, Tibaldi Australasia and Phoenix Australia Centre for Posttraumatic Mental Health.

Dr. Elizabeth McEntrye, Director
Dr Elizabeth McEntyre is a Dhanbaan (proud and strong) Worimi Guringay and Wonnarua Elder belonging to Lands, Seas and Waters spanning Port Stephens, the Myall Lakes, the Barrington Tops, and the Hunter Valley in NSW.
Elizabeth is a Doctor of Social Work and Criminology in mental health, disability and justice, research consultant, and a member of the NSW Mental Health Review Tribunal conducting civil and forensic hearings. Her career portfolio involves employment in leadership positions with the Aboriginal Community-Led sector, and the Commonwealth and NSW Public Service providing her with broad knowledge and experience in criminal justice, social and emotional wellbeing, community capacity uplift, Aboriginal cultural fishing, strengthening Aboriginal families, Aboriginal ageing and aged care and ending the abuse and mistreatment of older people. For her significant contribution to transformational research and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and wellbeing, Elizabeth received the 2024 Indigenous Allied Health Australia Excellence in Research Award.
Dr McEntyre is an experienced Board Director presently serving Worimi Local Aboriginal Land Council/Murrook Culture Centre, Life Without Barriers, Hunter Local Land Services, NSW Coastal Council, State Records NSW, Legal Aid NSW, and NSW Reconstruction Authority. Elizabeth is an Advisor to governments, professional agencies, universities, and consultative groups, including University of NSW, Greening Australia, NSW Aboriginal Fishing Trust, NSW Environmental Trust, Commonwealth Attorney General’s Department and the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. She volunteers time with the NSW Hunter Central Coast National Parks and Wildlife Service to honour and protect Country and Waters.

Ms Cathy Taylor, Director
Cathy has over 20 years’ of experience as a senior public servant in Queensland and South Australia. She has worked in and across; strategic policy, legislative reform, planning and service delivery roles in the areas of child protection, youth justice, disability services and domestic violence. Cathy has undergraduate qualifications in law and postgraduate qualifications in law and public administration.
In 2023, Cathy was appointed as the permanent Independent Implementation Supervisor to oversee the implementation of the Queensland Government Response to recommendations made by the Women’s Safety and Justice Taskforce and also joined the Board of Logan Together, Qld.

Professor Kitty te Riele, Director
Kitty is a research Professor in the Peter Underwood Centre for Educational Attainment at the University of Tasmania. Prior to this role, she worked in research at Victoria University, Melbourne (2012-2016), and in pre-service teacher education at the University of Technology Sydney (2004-2011) and the University of Sydney (2001-2003). She earned her PhD from the University of Sydney in 2003.
She is inaugural co-chair of the Board of the Australian Association for Flexible and Inclusive Education; Director on the Board of the Origin Foundation; and member of the Rights-Based Monitoring and Evaluation Expert Advisory Panel for the Tasmanian Commissioner for Children and Young People, and of the research project steering group for the David Scott School (Brotherhood of St Laurence).
